Shop Local or Buy American?

It shouldn’t be mutually exclusive to support your local businesses or the American worker but too often it is… Local retailers have gravitated towards cheap foreign made products over the years in an effort to remain competitive price wise with the big box chains. From local hardware stores, clothing stores, gift shops, furniture stores and everything in between it’s gotten increasingly difficult to find quality American made products in person. Consumers looking for higher quality domestic products have been forced to order online sight unseen. Maybe this is why so many of our downtowns, malls and shopping centers are littered with empty storefronts.
Ebert Furniture Gallery has taken a markedly different approach than the vast majority of brick and mortar stores. When we opened our doors in 2004 we were focused on delivering the highest quality furniture made with a commitment to showing a majority of American made products. Over the years as some of our lines moved production off shore we replaced them with smaller factories that manufacture high quality products in the USA. We have doubled down on our commitment to the American worker and are proud to offer the largest selection of American made furnishings in the greater Lehigh Valley. We show over 10,000 square feet of living, dining, bedroom and office furniture that you can see, touch and try before you buy. We’ve recently added the highest quality outdoor furniture made right here in Pennsylvania and shown right outside our showroom. As with all of our products you can choose from a variety of styles, sizes and color combinations to create your perfect outdoor oasis. Celebrate our Nations Independence this year by shopping from an Independent business that offers American made products so that we can
