They know what's quality, what's not, and they can talk to you about a piece you haven't seen - and help you decide whether or not it works for you. I can't speak highly enough - expertise on large purchases is key, and these guys have it in spades. The chairs I ordered were not in stock, so after a few weeks, they arrived and were delivered. Notification of receipt and delivery were on the same day. The driver was friendly, on time, and helped get everything into the house. He even put felt pads on the bottom of each my chairs before he dropped them off. A great ending to an excellent sales cycle. Skip the big chains - Pottery Barn, et al.
